Teacher of Sociology and Psychology (Permanent, Part-time, 0.25 FTE in year one, rising up to circa 0.5 FTE in year two)

Required for September 2019

The School is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and inspirational individual who will deliver high quality Sociology and Psychology teaching up to A Level and lead our department to future success.  In addition, it is desirable for the successful candidate to have the ability to deliver Health and Social Care Level 3 BTEC.

The School has its own salary scale and there is generous fee remission for staff children.

Qualified/Experienced Ballet Teacher

[Part-time 2.5 hours per week, term time only]

The School is seeking to appoint an inspirational individual who will contribute to the School to each ballet to children in our Preparatory School.  The post holder will ensure that resources are in place that will allow for the effective teaching of Ballet.  The post holder will work with the Head of Girls' Games and all other staff involved in the delivery of Ballet.

The Peterborough School Nursery which is an OFSTED registered and ISI 'Outstanding' setting requires:

Team Leader and Senior Childcare Practitioner

Both required as soon as possible

The ideal candidates will have a firm knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, at least two years' relevant experience within an Early Years setting and experience of managing a small team.  They will also hold a childcare qualification at Level 2 (with English and Mathematics GCSEs at Grade C or above) or completed/working towards NVQ Level 3 or above.

We offer a competitive remuneration package in extremely good, friendly working conditions, including free uniform and subsidised meals.  Many of our staff have been trained to degree level while in our employment and additional training is offered in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding.

Full Time Childcare Practitioner

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, have a childcare qualification u to Level 3 or above and relevant experience within an Early Years setting.

School Cook

40 week contract, 30 hours a week, £9.20 per hour

We are currently looking for a talented and proven cook at The Peterborough School, one of our prestigious school sites in Peterborough.

You will be working in a great kitchen environment using and serving fresh, seasonal produce using modern techniques and always looking at developing the food offer.

As well as having excellent presentation & communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
