The Peterborough School hosted its annual U11 Invitational Netball Tournament this week, when teams from seven other schools joined us for a wonderful afternoon of excellent netball and we were delighted to see that the TPS 1st team came out on top as Tournament Champions!

Having won all five of their group matches, the team went straight into the play-off for first and second places against Elton Primary School.  Elton immediately took the lead but the girls did not panic and scored two goals to take the win.

Twelve teams participated in total and throughout the afternoon put on a great display of netballing skills and sportsmanship for the many parents who watched.

Well done to all those who competed.
